Microbes

Consortium of LAB, Yeasts, and PNSB

LAB = Lactic Acid Bacteria. There are roughly a dozen different species of these bacteria in this brew.

Yeasts = A diversity of naturally occurring yeasts, including common bread yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae).

PNSB = Purple Non-Sulfur Bacteria.

This group of microbes can be described in many ways when they function as a consortium:

Syntropic - lead to a higher level of structure, order, alignment, coherence, information, and complexity

Metabiotic - create environmental conditions that support the survival and growth of other microbes

Antioxidative - ability to neutralize free radicals and unstable molecules that cause cellular damage and tissue decay.

Application Rates:

Soil Soak - 1 oz per gallon of water

Foliar spray - 0.5 to 1 oz per gallon of water

Compost regulator - 1 to 2 oz per gallon of water

Fly/Odor control in barn/bedding/coop - 2 to 4 oz per gallon of water (1:30 to 1:50 dilution if scaling)

Livestock water - 1:1000 to 1:2500 dilution (ex. 85gal stock tank could be dosed with 4.5 to 11oz of S.A.M.)
