To care for and nurture the land while supporting its health.

A History of Curiosity

I am the person who wants to know how things work and also how they integrate with other cycles. I love understanding and improving systems.

That served me well for 2 decades as an engineer in a metals manufacturing facility where my job was to identify inefficiencies and unlock opportunities for improved quality and higher yield.

That sounds great on a resume, but in reality it was limiting my ability to connect with and create solutions alongside people directly.

A Growth Mindset

For the past six years, I’ve dedicated myself to an intensive study of regenerative agronomy and soil health principles. I’ve spent thousands of hours learning from some of the best in the field by immersing myself in books, on-site workshops and classes. I’ve gained in-depth knowledge from Nicole Masters, Chris Trump, John Kempf, Dr. Christine Jones, Matt Powers, and so many others.

I have seen farmers around the world, in a diversity of soil & cropping systems, significantly reduce their input costs in the 1st year while increasing profitability and soil resilience at the same time.

I am so excited to combine my passions for natural systems and solutions in a way that directly supports the needs of my family, my community, and my heart.
