To care for and nurture the land while supporting its health.
A History of Curiosity
I am the person who wants to know how things work and also how they integrate with other cycles. I love understanding and improving systems.
That served me well for 2 decades as an engineer in a metals manufacturing facility where my job was to identify inefficiencies and unlock opportunities for improved quality and higher yield.
That sounds great on a resume, but in reality it was limiting my ability to connect with and create solutions alongside people directly.
A Growth Mindset
For the last 6 years I have been going “back to school”, diving deeply into Regenerative Agronomy, and all aspects of Soil Health that I could absorb. Names such as Nicole Masters, John Kempf, Dr. Christine Jones, Matt Powers, Dr. James White, Todd Harrington, Ray Archuleta, and many more.
I have seen farmers around the world, in all soil types, reduce their input costs by 30-50% in the 1st year, while increasing profitability and soil resilience at the same time.
I am so excited to combine my passions for natural systems and solutions in a way that directly supports the needs of my family, my community, and my heart.
